The Engineering Behind All-on-X
Traditional implants need each post standing vertically in dense bone, which rules out a lot of patients after years of tooth loss. All-on-X sidesteps that by tilting the rear implants 30 to 45 degrees, reaching denser bone toward the front of the jaw that usually survives even significant resorption.
